STYRKE / FOR INSTALLATION AND SERVICE TEAMS

Your team is on site.
Styrke handles the office.

Styrke prepares email replies and quotes, checks new requests against your service agreements and flags out-of-scope work before the van leaves. Your team reviews the drafts and approves the next step.

For installation and service businesses with 10 to 200 employees, working in plumbing, ventilation, refrigeration and electrical services.Styrke connects to the systems you already use.

A FAMILIAR WEEK

The work keeps coming.
Keeping track falls to you.

A property manager asks you to check the stairwell while you are on site. Someone agrees and does the work. No one records the extra request. Three weeks later, it is missing from the invoice.

Four quote requests are waiting. A service agreement needs a price adjustment. Mälarhem needs an update on a spare part. The same two people handle it all. Styrke brings the emails, service requests, agreements, quotes and customer commitments into one workspace.

BUILT FOR YOU

Built for installation and service teams.
Focused on your trade.

Styrke is built for installation and service businesses, not every business. It checks service agreements clause by clause and prepares variations and additional work under the Swedish contract standards AB 04 and ABT 06. It connects to the systems you already use.

At our first meeting, we review the systems you use. If a connection is not possible, we tell you upfront.

The property manager wants the plumber to replace the mixer tap while they are there for the leak. Mixer taps are not included in the service agreement.

The proposal for out-of-scope work is ready before the plumber leaves.

01 / ADDITIONAL WORK

Spot out-of-scope work.
Prepare it for approval.

A customer asks for extra work during a visit. Styrke checks the request against each relevant clause in the service agreement. If it falls outside the scope, Styrke prepares a proposal before the work begins.

The relevant agreement clause sits beside the proposal. You decide whether the work is included or needs a separate order.

The agreement says (section 2.1): “The agreement covers servicing the heat pumps in buildings 1 and 2.”
Proposal: get approval for the out-of-scope work before Robin leaves tomorrow.

02 / THE OFFICE

From request to quote.
Ready for your review.

A property manager requests a quote for a filter change. Styrke reads the request, finds the agreed rate and drafts the quote. You review it, make any changes and send it.

Try reviewing the draft in this example. It stays on this page; nothing is sent.

This is a fictional example, not a customer case study. We agree the boundaries for your workflow. Some actions always require approval.

03 / ON SITE

Talk through the visit.
Styrke records the next steps.

After a visit, tell Styrke what happened and what you agreed with the customer. It records the commitment, creates a task or service request and reminds you when a deadline approaches.

You set what Styrke can do within agreed limits and what needs your approval first. Some actions always require approval.

ROUTINES / RECURRING WORK

Describe the repeat work.
Review the routine.

Start a weekly summary with a plain-language brief: gather outstanding customer commitments, review the supporting documents and flag what needs follow-up. Styrke prepares a draft routine before it runs.

Review the proposed steps before activating the routine. You can pause it when needed. The same responsibilities, access rules and action permissions apply to recurring work.

YOUR TRADE. YOUR TEAM.

Your expertise belongs on site.
Put Styrke to work in the office.

Styrke is not a replacement for your people. It handles recurring office tasks that otherwise leave your most experienced colleagues with paperwork in the evening.

A GOOD FIRST STEP

Start with quote requests.
Keep the first step focused.

Test one defined workflow in your own business. You bring a point of contact, a relevant process and the agreed supporting documents. Together, we see how it works in day-to-day use.

  1. 01

    Choose the workflow

Show us how an extra-work request or quote request arrives, who handles it and what needs to be delivered. A real example helps us choose a starting point together.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

We define the workflow, choose the supporting documents and set action permissions. You appoint a point of contact. Before starting, we agree scope, price, responsibilities, working arrangements and how to assess value.

  3. 03

    Try it in daily work

Styrke works on the agreed workflow. Your team reviews the work and gives feedback on content, priorities and corrections. We need your business knowledge and judgement, not technical expertise. We are happy to work on site with you during the first few weeks.

  4. 04

    Review and decide

Review what the pilot shows. Does the workflow work for the people using it? Are the documents useful? Decide the next step based on your experience, the overall value and an agreed plan for continuing.

Evidence for your next decision.

We assess time spent, including review and corrections, the quality of documents and drafts, actual use and ongoing value. The pilot helps you make a decision. It does not start with a promised result.
